Modify YTD Earnings Dialog Box The Edit Earning dialog box allows you to modify the year-to-date totals for the selected earning. This can be useful if the earning's actual amount differs from the program's calculated amount. The dialog box appears when you select the Modify button in the Year-to-Dates page (while the Earnings radio button is selected). Description - Displays the selected earning's type. Current YTD Earnings - Displays the current YTD values for the selected earning. Adjustment - Allows you to enter the adjustment for the selected earning. Enter an adjusted value in this field, then press the <Tab> key to view the updated earning amount in the New YTD Earnings field. New YTD Earnings - Allows you to enter the new YTD amount for the selected earning. Enter an adjusted value in this field, then press the <Tab> key to view the adjusted amount in the Adjustment field. Apply - Saves the current changes. Note: If you do not apply your changes, they will be discarded when you leave this screen. Close - Closes the dialog box and returns you to the Year-to-Dates screen.
