Modify YTD Accumulator Dialog Box This dialog box allows you to modify the totals for the selected accumulator. This can be useful if the item's actual amount differs from the program's calculated amount. The dialog box appears when you select the Modify button in the Year-to-Dates page (while the Accumulators radio button is selected). Description - Displays the selected accumulator's type. Current YTD Earnings - Displays the current YTD values for the selected accumulator. Adjustment - Allows you to enter the adjustment for the selected accumulator. Enter an adjusted value in this field, then press the <Tab> key to view the updated accumulator amount in the New YTD Amount field. New YTD Earnings - Allows you to enter the new YTD amount for the selected accumulator. Enter an adjusted value in this field, then press the <Tab> key to view the adjusted amount in the Adjustment field. Apply - Saves the current changes. Note: If you do not apply your changes, they will be discarded when you leave this screen. Close - Closes the dialog box and returns you to the Year-to-Dates screen.
