Add New/Modify Accumulators Dialog Box

This dialog box allows you to view or modify the information for an employee accumulator. The dialog box appears when you select the New or Modify button in the Employee Setup page's Items tab (while the Accumulators option is active).

The options in this dialog box will vary based on the current accumulator type.

Accumulators - This list shows the accumulators that have already been defined for this payroll. Accumulators that appear here are those which have been previously set up in the Accumulators page.

If you would like to apply an accumulator but the desired accumulator does not appear in this list, then you must return to the Accumulators page and create one there. When you return to this dialog box, the accumulator will appear in this list. You can click on an accumulator in the list to view its related information (in the fields to the right of the list). Note: This list does not appear if you are editing an accumulator since you only need to view the details in the Accumulator Information section).

Accumulator Information

This section of the dialog displays different field names and options, depending on the item you have selected in the Accumulators list. Some options are editable while others cannot be changed.

Amount - Displays the amount of the selected accumulator.

Action - Displays the action assigned to the selected accumulator.

Balance - Displays the balance of the selected accumulator.

Distribution - Displays the distribution amount of the selected accumulator.


Save - Saves the current changes. Note: If you do not Save your changes, they will be discarded when you leave this dialog box.

Close - Closes the dialog box and returns you to the Employee Setup page. Note: If you do not Save your changes, they will be discarded when you leave this screen.

Help - Opens this help page.
