Select Sort Order

This dialog box allows you specify the order that wil be used to sort the Pay Register report's results.

Primary Key - Select the corresponding option to specify the method by which the report data will be sorted, in ascending order. For example, if you choose Tax Province, the sort order will begin with employees from Alberta, then British Columbia, etc.

Secondary Key - Select the corresponding option to specify the secondary method by which the report data will be sorted, in ascending order. Note that this option only becomes applicable when one or more duplicates are found in the Primary Key sort order. This list is not active when the Surname, Given Name and Employee Number options are chosen in the Primary Key list.


OK - Sends the output to the printer.

Cancel - Closes the dialog box without sending any information to the printer.
