Input Cheque Number

This dialog box allows you to enter the starting cheque number for your pay statements.

First Cheque Number - Enter the starting number the program will use when it prints the cheques. This number can be up to six digits in length and will appear at the top right of each cheque, to the right of the date.

Check Number - Check this box to inclue the cheque number on cheque. If printing from the display window this option is not shown because the option appears in the display window for convenience.

Include Company Header - Check this box to include the name of the company at the top of each cheque and pay statement. This value is specified in the Name and Address tab's Name field. If printing from the display window this option is not shown because the option appears in the display window for convenience.

Pay Statements Background - Check this box to include print the background (outline and titles) of the pay statements. This is useful if you are not using preprinted pay statement forms. If printing from the display window this option is not shown because the option appears in the display window for convenience.

Birthdate - Check this box to include the employees birthdate on the pay statements. If printing from the display window this option is not shown because the option appears in the display window for convenience.

SIN - Check this box to include the employees SIN (social insurance number) on the pay statements. If printing from the display window this option is not shown because the option appears in the display window for convenience.

Cheque Amount Dollar Sign ($)- Check this box to include the dollar sign on the cheque. If printing from the display window this option is not shown because the option appears in the display window for convenience.

Date Field Indicator- Check this box to include the date field indicator on the cheque. The date field indicator is required on cheques starting in 2007. It will appear below the date. If printing from the display window this option is not shown because the option appears in the display window for convenience.


OK - Sends the output to the printer.

Cancel - Closes the dialog box without sending any information to the printer.
