Deduction
Calculation Method Dialog Box
This
dialog box appears when you select the Deduction
Calculation Method button in the Deductions
and Benefits page. It allows you to define the method to
be used when calculating the deduction.
Deducted
Before
Tax Deduction - Check this box if the deduction is to be deducted
before the tax calculation. Union deductions, Registered pension and
alimony are deducted prior to tax calculation.
Calculated
Specify which method to use for calculating this deduction
Individually
- The deduction amount will be entered for each individual employee.
By
Fixed Amount -
The deduction amount will be entered here as a fixed amount for all
employees.
By
Function -
The deduction amount will be calculated by eNETPayroll using the specified
function. Note: Items appearing
in this list are created via the Functions
screen.
OK
- Saves your
changes and closes the dialog box. You are then returned to the Deductions/Benefits
page.
Cancel
-
Cancels your changes and closes the dialog box.
