eNETPayroll is the next generation of payroll software that runs completely from the Internet! The software utilizes a secure Internet connection and with the use of your browser, enables you to process simple to complex payrolls. The technology eliminates the need to purchase third-party software or software updates.

Once signed up, an employer can log in to eNETPayroll and (if desired) setup any unlimited/limited access rights for managers or even employees. Since eNETPayroll is on the Internet and your data is on our central secure server, managers from across the country, or around the world can enter, update or view payroll and employee information right from their desks.

The Java-based application allows you to change company information such as company name and address, contacts, control information, Revenue Canada & Quebec accounts, manage groups, manage users, setup templates, define functions, earnings, deductions and benefits, accumulators, WCBs, health, EFTs and distributions. You can also set up employee names and addresses, payroll information, change ratios, enter hours, etc. Everything you would need to calculate a payroll.

Once calculated you can view and/or print a payroll register. If the register is not quite right, simply go back and make the necessary changes until your payroll is correct. With eNETPayroll, you can print cheques and pay stubs, or have the paystubs automatically emailed to your employees. You can transmit direct deposits (electronic funds transfer) or have CPS transmit them for you. You can even journalize your payroll and print T4's/T4A's, etc.

It's a complete payroll service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any where in the world, using any computer.

Who Should Use It?

• If you're currently outsourcing your payroll, eNETPayroll will perform all the same functions at a fraction of the cost. With eNETPayroll you do not have any additional deadlines to meet. You have the freedom to calculate your pay anytime, even on pay day or at midnight. With eNETPayroll you make your own remittance to Receiver General, freeing up your capital and reducing your cost if you are in an overdraft situation. You can also view all your final results prior to closing or finalizing the payroll. This eliminates all those errors!

• If you are a multi-branch organization, with branches across the country, each branch can logon to the system through their Internet connection. You can restrict access with the eNETPayroll "group" feature so that each branch will only have access to their employee information. The branch will be able to perform whatever function they have been assigned by the head office such as adding employees, entering hours, changing rates, etc. At a predefined time the head office can go ahead and check results, calculate etc.

• If you have 1 to 100 employees, eNETPayroll will be to your advantage. You'll have the advantage of using comprehensive payroll software, without the purchase cost or worrying about software updates. You have the convenience of calculating your payroll at a time that's convenient to you (that means no external deadlines). The accuracy of your payroll will increase because you can view the results of your calculation before finalizing.

How Does it Work?

It's easy! Once you're signed up and your account has been approved, simply follow the steps shown here:

1. Login to the eNETPayroll system via the Log In page. Once the login is complete, you will be automatically taken to the Company information section.
2. Enter your company's information using the untuitive data-entry screens. Once you are finished, choose the Next>> button to proceed to the subsequent data entry section.
3. Complete each Company-related form then move forward and complete the Employee related forms that follow. Once you are finished, proceed to the Calculation section.
4. Define your payroll's specific information (e.g. Start/End Dates, Pay Type, etc.), then click the Calculate button.
5. Once the payroll is calculated, move to the Display & Print section and define which type of report you would like to view. You have the option of viewing it onscreen or sending it directly to your printer.
6. If desired, you can go to the Year-End section and create or edit your company's T-4 information.

How Much Does it Cost?

The service cost for eNETPayroll is a fee-per-employee processed.You can issue your own cheques from your office, perform direct deposit for your employees (EFT) or elect to have payments processed for you through an eNETPayroll Licensed Service Provider. eNETPayroll can produce cheques, EFT'S, ROE'S (printed, hrdc ROE file, ROEWeb file), T4's and T4A's both in electronic and paper copies. There is also of course various reports. eNETPayroll can even email your employees their paystub! There is no charge for local report printing.

Employees Processed - The fees are charged on the closing or finalizing of any pay sequence. We will charge either your credit card or directly debit your company's bank account. The cost is based on each active employee processed. A minimal base-payroll run charge may apply.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Transactions - If you wish to pay your employees by direct deposit (EFT) to their bank account, eNETPayroll can be set up to generate the required EFT file. This file is created in a standard CPA format which can then be forwarded to your bank's electronic payment operations for processing. Or we can process the EFT for you. Either way the payments will then be processed directly into your employee's bank accounts within the timelines specified by the banking industry.

Year End Processing - At your company's year-end, eNETPayroll can issue a T4 or T4A for each of your employees.

ROE’s - Record of Employment forms be generated in electronic and print form with issuance controlled by you.
